REGISTRATION
Can I change the number of techs in the MCSP Program after my initial registration?
Yes. Simply email us at mcsp@moen.com with your MCSP number and any information you want to change.
My account information has changed. How do I update it?
Click on 'Moen Home" in the top menu bar. Once there, access the "My Account' link at the bottom of the Moen home page.
TRAINING
What is considered a passing score on training exams?
A score of 70% or higher is needed to pass the training exams.
Can I take the training first and them come back to the exam?
Yes. The system allows you to participate in the online training first and then return to the MCSP Training Center to complete the exam.
How long do I have to take the exam?
You have 45 days from the day you receive your welcome email with sign-on information to complete the exam.
Can I start the exam and then come back later to finish it?
No. Once you begin the exam, you must complete all questions in one sitting.
How many times am I able to re-take the exam if I don't pass?
You are able to take the online training and exam an unlimited amount of times.
I cannot view the high seed version of the training video.

When will I receive my MCSP Starter Kit?
You will receive your MCSP Starter Kit three to four weeks after all of the techs in your organization have completed and passed the required training.
What is included in my MCSP Starter Kit?
You will receive the following items free of charge:

- Red, protective carpet
- Shoe covers
- Personalized ID badge
