Can I change my account information or the number of techs in the MCSP Program after my initial registration?
Yes.  On our home page at www.moenmcsp.com owners have the ability to click on "Manage My Account" and make changes to your company profile.

TRAINING

What is considered a passing score on training exams?
A score of 70% or higher is needed to pass the training exams.

Can I take the training first and them come back to the exam?
Yes.  The system allows you to participate in the online training first and then return to the MCSP Training Center to complete the exam.

How long do I have to take the exam?
You have 45 days from the day you receive your welcome email with  sign-on information to complete the exam.  Starter kit materials will not be processed until all techs have passed mandatory training and testing.

Can I start the exam and then come back later to finish it?
No.  Once you begin the exam, you must complete all questions in one sitting.

How many times am I able to re-take the exam if I don't pass?
You are able to take the online training and exam an unlimited amount of times.

I cannot view the high speed version of the training video.

When will I receive my MCSP Starter Kit?
You will receive your MCSP Starter Kit three to four weeks after all of the techs in your organization have completed and passed the required training.
